I will have officially been in Japan for a month tomorrow. I can't believe that I will have to say goodbye for good soon, I don't want to think about it.
Jessica and I had to say thank you/goodbye speeches at the year 2 meeting on Thursday, we aren't leaving for a while, but it is the last time we can address the entire student population as a whole.
The speech was the hardest thing I've ever written. I had so many feeling I had to express, and in a way so the students would understand(simple English or Japanese). So I ended up writing a 3 page speech and, about halfway though it, started bawling and finished the last page while sniffling like a baby.
I am going to miss everyone so much.
I honestly don't want to leave, I mean, yes I love everyone in America and I would miss them, but I can't seem to imagine myself anywhere but here.
I feel as if I've finally found my place in this big world.
